PAYING FOR PARKING

Everything was lovely, the employees has great hospitality, only thing I have a problem with is i should have been told that the resort charges $30 for parking although you are staying at their one of theirs establishments

We booked a room with 4 beds (including bunk beds) and the hotel ‘over-booked’ this room and I guess we were the odd man out. We were forced to squeeze two large men and two teen children into two queen beds. Needless to say, it led to ‘less than ideal’ sleeping arrangements. I would have booked a different hotel had I known that our promised suite was not available.

I’ve stayed here several times and I have enjoyed it. This visit was a little different. So saddened that you now have to pay $30 for parking passes when that was not the case the other times I stayed. Otherwise, nice stay

Mike at the front desk was very inviting and helpful. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern. Just wish there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. I ate out every meal so that wasn’t too much of an issue. I enjoyed my stay!

The front desk staff was divine and offered the gracious welcome (thank you Maisha and Justin). The rooms were well decorated and the hotel design is very nice. The cons- we walked into our room and it smelled line an animal. Please improve your cleaning and room change over procedures. I wish we had a better experience.
