room wasnt what i asked or orginally. then was told to take upstairs im handicapped cant get up stairs then was told i dont know what you are going to do i was in a panic the guy was nice but you could see he was upset to./ told him i have nowhere to go we had just travelled over 7 hrs and was ready to lay down well he finally found one but i made the reservation well in advance and even called to make sure it was all going to be good cause i know my health is limited after we got a room all was well ima sick lady wanting to enjoy christmas with family ty for finding a room for us

It was mediocre at best. What made my experience better was the staff, mainly Carlos. He was a one man show at the time of my arrival and went out his way to accommodate me with the change of rooms, etc. Hats off to him....
