Dear Management,
I was not pleased with my recent stay at Signia by Hilton Atlanta, Georgia. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the level of service I have come to expect from Hilton properties. The front desk staff was not very friendly, our suite did not receive turndown service, and the room was not cleaned on Sunday. In addition, the phone in the room was not working and the lighting was poor.
While I appreciate that the hotel provided a $100 credit, I had shared that it was my birthday, and at other hotel suites I’ve stayed in, a small complimentary gift or gesture was usually offered. This made the stay feel less special and more disappointing.
On a positive note, I would like to commend Ms. Janice and her team in the breakfast restaurant. Their service was excellent and truly stood out.
