We were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Towels had makeup stains, there was long dark hair on towels, the floor and counters. It seemed like it was not property cleaned between guests.

Very Disappointing Hotel

Service was terrible! Had to request a TV, digital key didn’t work at all. Sent messages and also went to front desk for help & still no help was given! I also had my disabled husband with me in a wheel chair! I will never stay at this hotel again & don’t recommend it to anyone!

Disappointing Stay! Your staff secured this rating

Enjoy this hotel property and their staff! This visit however was a huge disappointment. Was placed in room 1811. This a a very small room and very HOT! No air circulation in the bedroom area. AC unit set at the coldest setting will not sufficiently cool that space. Thankfully, I was able to crack a window and allow much colder air in. Staff offered to move me to another room but that’s not a great option once you have unpacked and gone to bed. Why not offer an amenity pack, mention status or offer an upgrade?

Had difficulty with the thermostat. Maintenance was sent up and they didn’t fix it either. I was switching rooms when housekeeping showed me how to adjust the thermostat properly.

All of the technology worked (digital check-in, door key access etc). Good communication from the property. Loved the interior design of the room, fluffy towels etc. Great view and location. Will book again when in ATL.

Room was spotless and roomy! You do need to request a TV as the rooms do not have them. The rooftop deck had stunning views! So did the pool area! Had plenty of elevators and they are fast! Would highly recommend.

The area and building are beautiful. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. My only complaint is about the staff and service. If you need anything, good luck getting a hold of anyone. No one replies to the text messaging system. I went down to the valet area and there was no one to take your car so I went to the lobby to ask and there was no one at the lobby either. I was forced to park in the garage for $30/day. The lobby continued being empty several times for another request since there were no replies to the texts. The staff that I did encounter was very friendly and helpful. PCM itself is phenomenal with multiple choices for food all of which are fantastic. A great gym is available inside the mall called Forum as well. Cool place overall but needs proper staffing. Don't expect a hotel experience when it comes to service.

Perfect 2nd stay!

My second stay here was perfect. The space was clean. I had a beautiful view of Downtown. I spent time at the Overlook last night, and the sunset was gorgeous. I parked my car with valet as it is a cheaper cost. My car was safe and sound. I am looking forward to returning there throughout the rest of spring and summer.
