The hotel staff (Angela) was very rude. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm and she refused to let me sit in the lobby until check in time which was at 2pm. This wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't 30 degrees outside. She said that check in was too far away for me to wait in the lobby. After I checked in I mentioned to her how unprofessional it was to make a paying guest wait in the cold and instead of being apologetic she wanted to argue about check in time. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

The photos look NOTHING like the actual rooms. The door would not close and I did not feel safe at all for the ten minutes that we were there. I asked for a refund and the rude receptionist refused.
