This is the worst experience we’ve had at a hotel. Had booked the reservation a month in advance only to be told upon arrival they had overbooked the hotel and no rooms were available. No apology, no assistance in finding another hotel, no help provided.

This is an older property. If you are looking for a new updated property, this is not for you. But the room was clean, everything worked well and it was a good value. Parking was convenient to the room. No hassles. Good Value.

Parking Charge For a Paying Hotel Makes Zero Sense

The room itself was fine; clean, comfortable and as advertised. The service was fine until at checkout I was informed of a $12 parking fee that I was not informed about at check-in not to mention as a Marriott Rewards member and all my stays plus being inside a business office park with thousands of empty parking spaces they are charging their guests for parking. I will never stay there again.
