Located on the 3rd floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for peaceful views. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio space condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed, convenient working space, fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea station, resort style bathroom and a relaxing patio!
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo. Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.
Other Things to Note:
The unit is a tradition boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in front of the bed. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches from AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.
