The hotel is a little older, but it is still very nice. The hotel as a whole was very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, especially if we are going to the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. They had free transportation to and from the amphitheater. The guy driving the shuttle went out of his way to take us to get food after he brought us back to the hotel. I give this hotel 5 stars!

Chris C has been very helpful while I have been staying here at Hyatt Place. He always greets every person who walks through the door. Their continental breakfast is amazing with so many options.

Upon arrival I learned my room wouldn't be ready for awhile so Christina, the front desk staff member held my luggage in a secure place which helped tremendously. My reservation was for a King and I was pleased with the substantial amount of space in my room; the fresh berries and yogurt hit the spot the following morning for breakfast. I needed a late checkout due to a chaotic schedule and had no opposition whatsoever. Again, the staff on property were exceptional!

The staff was courteous and plesant. Property overall cleanliness was good. The frontdesk staff great. Christina was awesome and provided exceptional customer service! The lobby womans bathroom was not up to pare, no locks on 2 and the handicapped one was not clean during check-in with feses and urine in the toliet bowl. The showers in the high floor units bathrooms are too small were too close and kept dinging your foot which was painful 😒. Shopping was conveniently located which was a plus. The breakfast buffet was good, althought change of a more meat varieties would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend this Hyatt facility, giving it a 7 out of 10.
