The hotel was great! Nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed there for a week for work. My o ly problem is the parking and having to pay for it. If you don’t stay in either of the parking lots connected to the hotel, you can park for free but that parking lot is good ways across the street….thats not ideal for a woman traveling alone. That was only complaint.

I have being staying at this location every week for the past 5 months due to work. I’m charged a $50 or sometimes $100 incidental deposit. Every time I go I never know which it will be! The other day at check in I was told I wasn’t allowed to check in on the tap pay because I needed the physical card. I explained to the man, I have been coming the past five months and this hasn’t been an issue. He then said “well I haven’t seen you and you need a physical card”. First of all seeing me or not doesn’t change the fact that this policy is inconveniently being followed. I proceeded to tell him I did not have one, because it was in the mail on its way to me. He then cancelled the check in and said “then we won’t be checking you in”. I understand policies and procedures. What I don’t understand is rude delivery, especially to someone who’s been staying for the last five months. I will no longer be staying here and will make sure my company knows not to use this place. In five months I’ve had fantastic service. It took one experience with a rude, power hungry employee to change that. I’d highly recommend undercover check ins to check on your night employees.
