Take it or leave it.

Booked a 2 Queen suite. Upon check in told the room I reserved was no longer available and was given a king suite (we were a party of 5). Told it was all they had - take it or leave it. Restaurant at hotel was closed. Charged $75 to park my car. All the things that could have made this hotel great were just not there, but when you arrive in Atlanta I guess it’s take or leave it.

We came in for an atlanta hawks game. Place was exactly what we needed. Convenient to lots of attractions. Very helpful when some items were left in the room. All items were returned intact.

Pros: Hotel was clean and secure, staff was very friendly, free breakfast was good, and it is conveniently located for walking to Olympic park and surrounding restaurants. Cons: $55.00 per overnight parking, construction going on right outside our window, some homeless loitering about (but it’s Atlanta, so we expected that). All in all it was good for what we needed. If you decide to make a reservation I would suggest calling and making sure you get a room that is on the opposite side of the construction area.

Amazing staff from the front desk to the valet service. Everyone makes sure you have a great time and know where everything in the city is. I will definitely stay again.

The employees were better than exceptional. But the property was run down and in need of attention. And my fitted sheet was stained but I didn’t notice it until late at night so I just covered it with a towel and slept on the other side of the bed.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was quick and easy but the staff made it wonderful. The gentlemen helping at the valet were great and friendly. They interacted with our kids in a welcoming and happy way. The kitchen staff absolutely crushed a crazy busy breakfast both mornings we were there. The food was great and kept coming to keep up with the crowd. They also walked around the dining area, interacting with everyone in a friendly and helpful way. One lady even came and convinced my shy son to come with her to check out their massive fish tank. Front desk staff were great and efficient during check in. Online check out option was convenient when leaving. My only criticism, if I had to pick something, is that the beds are too pillow top soft. I slept pretty uncomfortably every night because of it but I do realize that it's probably impossible to match everyone's sleeping preference.

Only downsides was that you have to request a microwave for the room ahead of time or use the community microwave and also the parking is $55 per night. I know this is a prime location, but hotel guests should be able to be exempt from that high fee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. We arrived early and they checked our bags and recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast provided was excellent, the staff working the breakfast was were also happy to help and very accommodating too! I would definitely recommend this location.
