Visiting Atlanta is always a role of the dice for us. Our stay at the Hyatt was convenient to our purpose, clean and comfortable room. Great staff assisting is and the breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again and recommend.

Our room was very nice. The breakfast is no longer complimentary sadly. The parking fee is outrageous- $60/night. And there’s a railroad right behind the hotel. Trains run throughout the day and at night. While it’s convenient to parts of downtown it’s very expensive and did I mention THERES A RAILROAD DIRECTLY BEHIND THE HOTEL. I would stay elsewhere if we visit Atlanta again

Great hotel!!! Awesome location.

Hotel is amazing, and location is awesome. Hotel is close to all the downtown attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Factory, etc. Hotel is clean and comfortable and staff is friendly... definitely recommend this hotel.

from the minute i checked in with sataya at the front desk to the minute i left, i was amazed at exactly how friendly & helpful everyone was, including maintenance, breakfast buffet staff, security staff and the parking valets.....this particular property has done an excellent job in training your staff at keeping guests happy.....great room, great amenities.....the only slight complaint would be how slow & weird the elevators were....
