Good hotel in a good location. The room was clean, quiet, and in good shape. The only issue was that the a/c was a bit loud. Overall a good hotel and very friendly staff.

Clean & comfy hotel

Quick overnight stop on my way south. Rooms were clean. Bed & pillows were excellent. Breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were very quiet. The parking area was kind of far from the front doors. I was traveling alone so that made me nervous, but it was well lit.

The buttons on the remote stuck making it difficult to change channels, called front desk, they say they would send maintenance but they never showed up. Toilet was loose and felt like it was going to fall forward, making a loud noise each time during use. Plus the water kept running after flush so you would have to go back and jiggle handle and frig was very noisy.. they said they were sorry.

Not handicap friendly

Hotel seemed fair but dated. Only one elevator was working and it was extremely slow. The hotel is not very handicap friendly and only provided two (2) parking spots. Second level parking area was blocked off because the door to enter the building card reader wasn't working so even if you used the two handicap parking spots you had to walk around the building to main entrance to enter. Overall I would not recommend the hotel to anyone needing handicap accessible access.

The staff was super friendly. We were able to get into our room a little early which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was very nice and I always appreciate not having to pay extra for parking.

We had 2 rooms. The towels that were on rack had so many fresh trimmed human hair, carpet was super dirty. Hilton is my favorite brand but this time it failed. The Front desk Staff is awesome and breakfast was decent. They must focus on having it keeping cleaned inside the rooms.
