Jarvis was amazing ! Our rooms water was way too hot and wouldn’t change temperature and we had my handicap mother in law and it wouldve been way too much for her and she needed to bath and he got us to a nicer and working move super fast and always had a smile and was in a great move everytime we saw him! Only thing was the toilets are so low it was hard for both my MIL and mother to get up easily. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

The hotel was in a welcoming mode when l arrived and the staff was nice. I liked the breakfast staff always keeping an eye on food availability and refilling when not enough. Just to note, be careful walking to stadium or walking around to go to McDonald's across the street. There are not many people walking and i encountered some of a bit questionable sketchy people.

Josh Riley is a jewel! He corrected the error from Expedia were they failed to reserve a wheelchair accessible room as we requested and paid for. The breakfast is great and the staff kept the area clean and stocked. Loved the cheese egg omelettes. The Costa Rican coffee was excellent. The front desk was responsive to our needs. Loved the daily room cleaning. Hate the extra $25 per day fee!

Staff was cordial, even though they were looking at their phones several times as we passed. Cleanliness was above average but the facility is in desperate need of a remodel. Location is great for Truist Park!

Easy check in and check out. Very professional and friendly staff. We loved that we could safely walk to and from Truist Park and the shuttle was a plus for a rainy return from a Braves game. Would highly recommend for anyone going to a Braves game. Our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great.
