The staff was very friendly and helpful - from the front desk, breakfast server to the shuttle driver. Our king bed was very comfortable although a little high for my short legs (lol). Only problem we had was getting the water cool enough in the shower - if you like hot water, they definitely have it! We were very pleased overall and would definitely stay here again.

I am so glad I chose this hotel. It's within walking distance to Truist Park, if you choose, or take their shuttle. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The highlight of my stay was the customer service. Every member of the staff we encountered was present and friendly and willing to accommodate any way they could. My favorite was Shara. She helped make a bad situation not that bad. She saved the day!!!

Broken elevator and cold showers

Elevator was broken so people had to wait for a very long time for an elevator or take the stairs. We also only had cold to somewhat lukewarm water temperature in the shower. Parts were broken on the AC unit. Room decor was dated.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I wanted to check in & have no issues but that was not the case. I had to call for maintenance to fix the phone cord falling out of phone, bed frame about to fall apart, mini fridge making loud whining noise, water in shower was luke warm, no hot water, fruit flies coming out of sink. They tried to get rid of them but ended up having to change my room so they could fumigate. Housekeeping should inspect & clean rooms, report issues. Halls & rooms haven’t been vacuumed. Last room had what looked like coffee spilled on the wall by the door. I cleaned it off. I don’t like to complain but this was unacceptable. Maintenance did come to the room to fix things several times but there was not always someone available or even onsite. On several occasions the front desk was left unattended. They should have a dark roast coffee available for guests and should have a better pick up location at the battery so guests don’t get soaked in the rain waiting.

AWFUL experience, probably one of the worst we have ever had. Our room was quite literally falling apart. The air conditioner unit had pieces broken, the blinds were broken and wouldn’t stay up, the room smelled of urine, baseboards falling off and moldy in bathroom. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They kept saying they are just very busy as the excuse for everything. Breakfast was a nightmare so we didn’t event attempt it on day 2. Food running out, packed with no where to sit, the employee going off on anyone who asked for something. Then we were left sitting outside the braves stadium for over an hour in the pouring rain and thunderstorm with our 1 yr old and 5yr old because the driver waited until it stopped raining to resume his route. It was just overall a horrible experience.
