First the only reason I booked here was because it said heated pool, I did book through Expedia, nowhere did it say the pool was closed. Right after we checked in and went to our rooms, we had to leave. The bathroom floor had hair on it and a pile behind the door. I asked the front desk for a broom, and he said he would take care of it while I was gone. It was never taken care of. Also, my other room, we needed to use the pull-out bed. Went to front desk and asked for linen, there were no pillows. Holiday Inn Express is my go-to hotel, and this stay made me look bad. I hope this place can get it together.

Quick overnight

Just went to Atlanta for an overnight stay with my niece and her 2 yr old daughter. We were going to arrive a little late so I called to ask about milk for my great niece and they said no worries, we can accommodate you.. The staff was amazing!! The room was very nice and we loved everything about this place! Also, they have a great breakfast selection in the morning!

The room looks old. The corners and the carpet was filthy. You can tell they are painting and patching up everything. The door was not truly aligned…meaning you could see into the hallway through the cracks in the door. You could probably break into any room by giving the door a good shove. I think the neighbors in 218 and above me were fighting around 1:42 a.m. The doors were continuously slamming and it sounded like people were fighting in those rooms. I did not sleep well at all. I got up and left before 8a.m.

I didnt like the quailty of the walls overall because you can hear conversations and when people slam the hell outta there doors the whole building shakes....overall descent stay
