Online, the room looked bigger. Upon entering, it seemed very cramped. Getting to the room felt like walking through a maze with all the corners to turn. The desk in the room should have just been removed as it was impossible to sit in the chair with only about a foot of clearance because of the bed behind it. Didn't even have a good view as the windows needed a good cleaning. The phone had a continuous flashing light showing messages. Go to check the messages and it began to directly dial 911. Informed the desk and was advised that nothing could be done about the flashing. TV's were on some type of parental control but staff were able to clear the problem. I will give credit to the staff though as they were very friendly and did the best that they could. The breakfast service was very good with a wide variety of things to choose and each day had something new to enjoy. Definitely enjoyed the 24/7 availability of the coffee machines. However, this is just my encounter, hopefully you can decide for yourselves.

It was a roach in there, never saw the housekeeping staff, had to call the front desk on several occasions to get any type of help! A homeless got maced because he was trying to force his way in the facility, only in ATLANTA!!!! Never will I EVER stay at this hotel
