Staff very nice and responsive. Room comfortable. Didn’t eat breakfast as I felt charge was too high. The parking lot is a walk uphill which is why no 5th star.

Everyone was very nice and willing to assist us with needs . Ms. Doe was absolutely wonderful with drinks and just genuine conversation. Everyone was absolutely lovely it was just not having parking to accommodate for accessibility in a wheelchair.

Rooms dated and need updating. Furniture old and worn, lamp was rusted, walls need repainted, faucet in bathroom dripped continuously. The room smelled like urine/musty which seemed to be coming from the heating and air vent (maybe the filter needs to be changed). There is lots of highway noise from 285. You get what you pay for, I guess. On a positive note, the bed linens seemed clean and front desk person was pleasant when we checked it.

The room 530 was beautiful, however, the shower and bath ran at the same time so the water stay in the tub while you showered. the lotion and shampoo was completely empty and we didn't out until when prepared to showered. Other than that the beds were phenomenal.
