Staff was good, valet was great! Room…hot water at the sink was nonexistent during the entire stay. One elevator was not working the last 2 days, we, and many other guests, were not told that a room key had to be used in the elevator, eventually figure out, grill was closed Sunday, never informed beforehand, placed a delivery, stepped outside to get it, key would not work to let me back in and no one was at the desk to hear the buzzer I had to push to get in,the table we sat at in the dining area had the same piles of crumbs under them for at least 2 days, the heater sounded like a 747 when it turned on and the sound last way too long, and it was surprising to see a room that was so dark and dreary and in our jr. suite we had 2 TVs, on remote was missing.

Great service. Excellent rooms. Exceptional staff. Hotel Quite near to Georgia congress centre, Coca Cola and the aquarium (less than 10 min Uber). Good gym facility and an outdoor pool which we did not use due to cold weather in January. Overall great experience nothing to complain. Safe to say I’d be back here anytime I am in Atlanta. Special thanks to JB at check in.

I have stayed at plenty of Hilton products, but I will never stay at that location again. I don’t worry when I know I book at a reputable hotel like Hilton. Please disclose that they charge 50$ a day for parking!!! I was appalled of this! The hotel it self is old so it takes a very long time for water to heat up as well as the heating does not keep a good temperature , very hot then cold and the thermostat was never touched. I feel like what I paid and what I got made me feel I was cheated out of my money. What is happening to Hilton????

It was horrible from the beginning of the stay. From the first encounter to valet. The experience was so horrible and unwelcome to where I spoke with the front desk to have the entire stay canceled. I had a lot of luggage to carry and there were no luggage carriers available nor did any of the workers offer to help. I also waited for about 15 minutes before the valet rep asked to park the car. They were not welcoming or helpful. I will never stay at this property

Beds were too hard. Curtains didn’t close , and shades didn’t come all the way down. You couldn’t adjust temperature in room. They only had valet parking and only on person trying to check in cars and get them . Lady bartender at bar was only good service we got there. Find somewhere else to stay , if possible.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable! We hadn’t planned on staying here originally, but we booked it last minute when there was a huge issue with our original hotel. Everyone here was so kind and friendly, and they took great care if us! Room was very comfy too, and the breakfast was good!

The front desk clerk Krystal and another young lady working overnight were extremely helpful and kind. We had to order food from the bartender and she was awesome. We ordered the breakfast buffet which was okay. The gentlemen working was excellent. The variety of food items could have been better and the building was cold. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel was overall great. They also had a snack area where you can purchase items. There was also a 200 deposit at check-in that was not mentioned on the Hotels app. This should be credited back within 3-5 business days.
