Had a great stay. Pool and hot tub were great. We didn’t work out but walked through the gym to get to the pool and it’s really nice. All new equipment. The restaurant was great too.

Everyone was helpful. The front desk staff did a great job of *listening*, which was very refreshing. The room was great, and the housekeeping folks were very helpful. Two gripes: 1) The American flag in front of the hotel was tattered at the edges. Replace it immediately, please! 2) The elevator controls were problematic. About a third of the time, the elevator did not accept my card. I had to use a different elevator. Another third, it liked my card but did not accept my floor selection until another guest selected theirs. Annoying.

Noisy Stay

Overall my stay was nice. However, in the room I have 2 complaints. Complaint #1 is that the shower door was so difficult to open and close. I thought I was going to pull a muscle trying to get it to work. Complaint #2 is that the Kleenex was never replaced in my room during a 3 day stay. Overall, I have one major complaint and it is the noise level when you stay in the rooms across from the front desk and bar area. The rooms on the 3rd floor. I could hear all of the kids screaming and playing, all of the people laughing / talking and in the morning all of the dishes clanking during the breakfast hours. I had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise. I definitely would not recommend the rooms on the 3rd floor across from the bar area. I still would recommend this hotel as it is very nice and the staff are always cordial.
