The hotel needs an overhaul. We had to call several times to get the shampoo refilled. The lightbulb in the entry needed replaced and the room itself was very dark. The breakfast was motel quality. The cost for valet parking was ridiculous and then they expected a tip via text whenever you retrieved your car. We won't stay here again.

The room was great and the view was stellar! The gentleman who checked us in upon arrival was so helpful and kind. His knowledge of the area helped to insure we had a fantastic walking trip to both Colony Square and the Botanical Gardens. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay on the 23rd!

Although we have always chosen hotels from this brand and, in particular, this property offers an extraordinary view, our experience this time was not ideal. From the very first moment, we had issues with the in-room appliances, which revealed the age of the hotel and a lack of proper maintenance. The refrigerator produced a constant loud humming noise, the air conditioner made repeated banging noises while operating, and the microwave presented a serious issue: its door got stuck and would not open until an engineer came a day later, just before we checked out. It is also important to note that the microwave would not stop heating and there was no way to turn it off, so we had to unplug it for safety reasons. This is the first time we have experienced issues like this at a hotel from this brand, which was especially disappointing given our previous positive experiences with Hampton Inn & Suites

Second time staying here. We had a little issue with reservation at arrival that was fixed by the mgmt next day. Rooms are very clean and beds are soooo comfortable! I’m still trying to figure out how to sneak one out on my next stay 😜 Highly recommend!
