Went when construction was supposed to be finished, it was not and the construction could be heard from everywhere on the property. Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, said a roll-away was available, but not sure where you would have put it? Front desk employee that checked us in was very uninformed. Forgot to mention club suit amentities, couldn't clearly explain room/pricing options, and charged both rooms for daily parking even though we had 1 car. Food was served in the library. Was asked several times to pay for breakfast when it was included in our stay. Garden was closed for the entirety of our stay because "weather"; I went on long walks in the area surrounding the hotel everyday with a jacket and had no issue. No space at all outside of the room to sit and read quietly. I'm sure after the renovations it will be much nicer, but we did not enjoy our stay. I will say breakfast was better than most.

Overall my stay was 9.5/10. Suite was impeccably clean and felt very modern. My only minor issues were that the mattress was not firm enough and the parking is abit awkward. Upon arrival, no parking attendants could be found to assist with valet parking. A departing guest took the time to explain the parking situation. But overall all, our stay was wonderful and we plan to stay again in the coming months.
