The staff was phenomenal from beginning to the end of our time at the Hotel. As an out of town visitor they provided us a list with a ton of things to do, places to eat etc. The pool area was always clean and the water temp was perfect. I have no complaints about the jacuzzi either. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and they even have an omelet station where the chef will create a delicious made to order omelet. Lunch was delicious as well and the bartenders were awesome. Me and my best friend will definitely be back to visit. This was a perfect experience for my birthday weekend. The only thing I wished for was that the pool and jacuzzi were open a little later. Thank you to everyone that helped us , smiled at us and was kind. Exemplary service!! Front desk, dining room and bartenders need raises :)

My 3rd time here. Gave 5 stars prior times. This time not. Room 449 is noisy from the ice machine and housekeeping station. I was there just one night. But as I was in the shower I heard repeated knocking in door that I couldn’t ignore and needed to step out of shower to say I don’t need housekeeping. Why did they do that? I had a do not disturb sign on. And since staying just 1 night, they should see that unless I checked out, no housekeeping need to be done. Reception is nice and friendly.

While the front desk staff has always been exceptional, this was my first time trying the breakfast—and it will likely be my last. The overall selection was disappointing, with subpar options and fruit that had clearly seen better days. The dining area was also not as clean as expected. The one bright spot was the omelette station—those chefs were fantastic, managing the crowd efficiently and delivering great service without long wait times. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. It took a while to be seated, and no one came to take our drink order until we were nearly finished eating. While pitchers of water on the tables may be intended to streamline service, it raises concerns about hygiene.

Perfect location for walking to Georgia Tech, restaurants, and the Marta train. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast buffet had good options, Tavern also had good food. The only negative comment is noise from people racing around at night, but I always take ear plugs (learnt this from staying at another hotel that overlooked the freeway).

Great hotel

The hotel was wonderful. Nicer than online photos. We were at orientation for Georgia Tech and everything was walkable from the hotel. The staff were so friendly. Room extremely clean. The breakfast was plentiful and great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wasn't there for long but everything looked great. Rooms are clean and modern. The few staff that I interacted with were ok. Also, a great location for convenience, lots of food places in walking distance. It's kinda pricey for what you get, which is basically just a room, no breakfast included, but I guess it's because of the location. Overall, a great stay.
