great hotel

this is our 5th time stopping at Even Avalon, we love it, convenient for stopping in between places we live going to, awesome staff and breakfast; the only thing we have noticed in the few years we have been staying is the cost of parking is not good, we stopped when it was free originally and the qr codes never work with getting codes from text, the other thing we are not keen on is the jump in the deposit required from $50 to $100 hmmm

Very private and quiet hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and the bartender was very nice. My room was clean stayed comfortably cool during my stay. Thank you for the safe, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I felt right at home there for 2 nights. I'll definitely be back.

Overall Pretty Good

I really wanted to love this hotel. It really is overall pretty good! But, for a wellness hotel it’s missing some marks on sound sleep which is essential for wellness. Blue light alarm clock and AC pad, black light curtains that don’t close all the way, and a whistling mini fridge all disturbed our night. There’s also no insulation on the inside walls around the bathroom apparently because you can have full conversations while in the shower. Besides all that, the attendant was friendly, parking was cheap, and the rooms are cute and well-equipped.

My family & I checked in the hotel on Friday May 9th morning for stay. Vision (Vincent not sure on the spelling) answered our questions over the phone prior to checking in & very pleasant upon checking in as well. He explained the parking, food service & more which was very helpful. We were a little turned around at first trying to find the hotel but once we found it we like the area being on a private area behind other establishments. Also close by in the area via walking & or driving a few minutes away is a Race Track gas station, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A & more. Once we entered our room it was very spacious, clean, comfortable, organized & a bonus they have a small workout in your room which is nice. Our only complaints would be to have a microwave or 2 on each floor so you do not have to go to the lobby to use the 1 microwave they have a available, we noticed ice machines but no ice buckets were in our room & for them to offer complementary bottles of water & voucher for a free drink & or breakfast item. This hotel does charge $12 for parking where you scan the QR code to enter your vehicle information & the days of your stay to pay. We believe parking should be free if you are staying at any hotel. All the staff at the front desk & cleaning staff were very friendly & helpful. We would love to stay here for our future stays. If you are looking for a pool this hotel does not have one available onsite unfortunately.
