The hotel is beautiful, but the furniture in the room was very dated and scratched up. The carpet in the room and hallway were very dirty, like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The happy hour was very short staffed, which made a long line and irritated many of the guests. The breakfast was nice just crowded and the floor was sticky, needed to be mopped where the food was served. Stranger in lobby area asking for our room number and name, beware! Overall was quiet and pleasant.

I arrived to check in about 5:15 and was told that the room was still not clean. I had mud on me from my Spartan race that i had just came from and could not shower before my 6pm dinner reservations because they did not have my room ready until almost 2 hours after check in time.

Hotel was clean, nice, area was safe and convenient. Many stores in the area for whatever you need. The mall is 3 minutes away, but doesn’t open until 11am bummer!! Pool closes at 9pm for those they can kids. Oh! Happy hour from 5-7pm free snacks and drinks. Tv is Roku with great apps on it!! Embassy NEVER disappoints!!! Enjoyed my stay!!
