The service was top notch. Two issues: the tile floor was so dirty that after wiping up some spilt water the towel was black. It was reported to the front desk. Parking is very expensive for a hotel located outside of the city.

The hotel wss beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The parking was odd. They had valet for $27. And self parking was $20. The garage for self parking is also used by the shopping and dining area adjacent to the hotel. I never saw a sign to say that it wasnt a free garage. The only time that a price was mentioned was during check in. It seemed like ir would be ok to park for free. Im not sure if paying the hotel provided security monitoring or something differerent. It just seemed odd that there was a charge to park where it was free to others.. The garage also isnt facing an open door to the hotel. So it can be a little bit of a walk with luggage. But overall I would definitely again.

Had to take over one hour using the address Expedia provided once I exited at the Alpharetta exit which my GPS indicated and I kept ending up in a residential area, and there was no telephone number of the Embassy Suites that Expedia had emailed me.

We stayed from April 26th to April 28th. We found no hot water for us to shower. When we called the front desk, they told them it was all booked and they did not have any other room for us. My husband asked for the refund and the manager promised us that they will refund us but we need to call Hotels. com since we booked the hotel through it. We called the hotels.com and they emailed and called the manager but no response until now. I checked the reviews and some people had the same situation like us. The staff told us that they always have the same or in that room. Please be careful when you decide to book this hotel. The room may not have hot water.
