Wonderful!

We visit for a graduation and stayed 2 nights. All was great , service was excellent! Rooms and hotel was clean and comfortable! The only negative I would say is that the pool was green and we couldn't enjoy that, which is one reason I chose the hotel so we could enjoy the outdoor pool. But other than that I can highly recommend this hotel! We will stay again!

Unfortunately, my stay here was less than subpar and I cannot in good faith reccommend this hotel. I booked a king room and upon arrival was only offered a queen size bed. After arriving to my room, I discovered the shower was not functional, and the towels were TERRIBLY stained. I called for more towels and had to wait almost 3 hours for new towels only for the new towels to also be stained and still damp. I spoke to a manager who agreed to bring new towels and the NEW towels were also stained and still damp. Not to mention, there not being any shower gel available in my room. Being familiar with the Embassy Suite brand, and this hotel being located in Buckhead, I had high expectations and was severely let down.

Everything was good except we were given a handicapped room which was not requested. The reservation were made a month or so in advance! But since we were only staying for one night we kept the room. The fridge wasn't clean out. The faucet on the kitchenette was broken!
