The rooms are a bit dated and needs to be remodeled. The beds in the Private suite felt like twin beds. The sink in the bath room was cracked and the carpet was dirty

Front Desk Staff Horrible No Customer Service

We called ahead to get an early check in at 1pm. After 30 minutes of trying to figure out our reservation they stated 1pm would be fine. Get there and nothing ready until 1:30 We told them we had an event at 3pm Asked for directions to Gateway Center. She stated it was 6 minutes. No directions, it was the attitude we were given. After event we came back to check in, I was behind one other customer and the front desk person was more concerned about where I was standing in line then helping me. When I presented my card It was charged $100 more than my reservation was stated. Instead of offering me information about the additional charges, she rolled her eyes. It was not the incidentals charged it was the attitude. Two separate staff members same attitude. The only thing that saved the stay was Bernice at Breakfast she reminded us that everyone can make a difference with the right attitude.

Hotel was clean with spacious rooms, and offered free drinks for happy hour. Took advantage of their large breakfast buffet with an omelet station. Plenty of seating and spaces to relax or work in the lobby. About 5-10 minutes from the ATL airport.

Unfortunately, our recent stay was not great. The hotel was very loud, especially at night, and on our second night, our room filled with the strong smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway. To make matters worse, when we returned from the pool, we were locked out of our room due to a dead door battery. It took over 40 minutes for someone from customer service to finally send a technician to fix it. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable—there was an earring and sunflower seed left on our nightstand when we arrived. Definitely not the level of comfort or service we expected.
