The air-conditioning was broken. It was so hot in the room in couldn't sleep. The water was leaking from the tub to the living room. This made the carpet wet and smell of mildew.

Horrible stay

Me and my husband stayed there from January 31 till February 2 and the AC unit had been down all week/ weekend and they failed to inform the customers as we were checking in. The entire hotel was hot in all the rooms. they was trying to purchase box fans and ran out.

If the air goes out, you are on your own

The hvac was out and I was told they didn’t know which rooms had air and which rooms did not. Our room was so hot and that was the front desk’s excuse for not accommodating a room switch. I called the front desk and was told they would be bringing a fan to our room. An hour later, I had to go to the front desk for one and they said I was not on the list to get a fan. The only way I got one was from a helpful maintenance man who was delivering fans to other rooms.
