I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I also really enjoyed the bar—great food and drink options made it a nice spot to relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were not accommodating or friendly. We expect higher quality service from DoubleTree. They were also very stingy with their cookies, which is one of the perks of staying at DoubleTree. We got two cookies for our party of four. The next morning, we asked for a couple more cookies for our kids and were told they are all out and more would not be available until a couple hours after checkout. Our kids were very disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and money and stay elsewhere. The Drury Inn always has exceptional service. Try there instead.

The night time front desk agent was nice. His name was Derek. The day time agent (jasmine) was not nice and wouldn’t even send us towels. She even had a bad attitude when i checked out.

This was a great pit stop to relax and unwind. Our bed was a cloud and their pillows are the fluffiest. The breakfast bar looked good but we thought it closed later on sat/sun per the website.

The pool was closed, the air was broke in my room so they had to move me. It was not cleaned well and some lights didnt work, also they put me in system as a no show even though I had already been there for a day so when I locked myself out of my room they made a big deal and assumed I didnt stay there. Even though all other staff remembered me and it had all already been taken out of my account.

When you drive up to the property, you immediately know it needs to be upgraded. The shears in the windows are shredded and old. The carpet stains, it’s a very nice property. Just need some TLC. Also, at the bar, I felt bad for the one bartender trying to wait on everybody. They just need some help. I will not stay here again.
