The stay was nice. Clean unit and loved the balcony. Make sure you complete the checkin process BEFORE your arrive. It’s a contactless checking and you will be asked to self identify by submitting your ID and taking a face scan. The you can barely see how to enter the code to the gate so, look close on the black box.

The door was open when I arrived. There was white creamy marks all over the couch. I was so uncomfortable I wrapped myself in my jacket and hood, so that I would not touch the bed. I let the owner know about this and they ignored me. It was several hours that I was locked out of the building and the owner took a while to help me. When they finally contacted me, they lied and said I was at the wrong garage. I took a picture that matched the garage pictures matched the garage pictures on their website. They never apologized or acted concerned about anything. I had to cancel my booking for future stay, because of these issues. Also, you have to upload your personal drivers license and it's not secure.

Elevator buttons in parking deck were broken, very inconvenient trying to get up. There was hair all over the unit, including the bathtub. There was only one roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay and no way to get anymore.

Upon checking in the first room wasn't clean so they sent us to another room. The second room wasn't cleaned by House keeping either so they finally sent us to another room about 2 hours later. We walked in the third room with had be clean but as soon as we walked in we saw roaches. They didn't do anything about it but send us a text stated that they won't be giving compensation or resolving the issue. It's sad to see such good places go down. My partner have traveled the country and hate to see nice places go down because of actions like these. We traveled to 43 states and there is no way this property is moving in the right direction

The staff is very helpful and it’s super clean and comfortable. They are very responsive and the area is walkable and in a great part of the city. It’s definitely peaceful and everything is really well designed. My favorite place I’ve stayed in the city by far.

I loved our stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed From Saturday- Monday. Very clean, the hallways smelt clean. It was a gated community therefore it felt really really safe! You couldn’t do anything without the access code. My only issue with our stay was the shower water was very very cold. It was around 40-50 degrees the entire weekend so a cold shower wasn’t very ideal.
