We stayed in this hotel many times because of location convenience. Every time there was either no lights in bathroom, either door locks in bathroom and you can't open it from inside. Last time we found out too late when someone decided to take a shower, that ceiling above bathtub collapsed to bathtub. When we left, we requested refund, but they said to us that it was our fault that we didn't say it right away. We didn't see in time! So, I send email to manager and in one week still there is no response. Resend again. No any "we are sorry" even.

No breakfast. The 'hold' is a charge and refund to your credit card. Very noisy area. Only stayed there for airport shuttle, will use another hotel next time.

Had to change rooms 3x and only stayed 2 nights. No air in the first one and fridge broken in the 2nd one. No breakfast. Only coffee. Could hear yelling and loud talking at night. Only 1 floor isn’t a smoking floor. Do not recommend this hotel
