Never got to see the property

Unfortunately we never got a chance to see the property as we learned our booking was cancelled after we arrived in town well after the check in time. Booking was cancelled due to a maintenance issue and refund was issued right away but we had to initiate the communication. Owner was under the impression that booking had been cancelled earlier. Luckily we were able to find a hotel in the area.
