Parking lot view

The property itself was very clean. Nice decor. The view from room was terrible and the staff tried to accommodate me but apparently hotel policy precluded the accommodation because I booked with Hotels.com. It was unfortunate that it happened on my birthday, so not sure I can ever go back. Too rigid!
