We decide to stay at this hotel because previously we have booked with AC in different areas and we have loved our stay. This time around we weren't to fond of the place. As soon we arrive we asked were we could park to check-in? They re-directed us to across the building to a pay parking lot, which fine no problem. We had asked for valet they said it was full. When we was check-in the lobby two front desk employees was discussing private conversations about other staff, they made us wait roughly 10 minutes while they discuss their issues. In the process of checking in I asked the front lady once again if valet was full or how much was the parking, for we can pay it or charge it to the room. She asked me where did we park at, once I told her she was like who told you to park there? I told her your valet employee who is at the front, she than stated well you need to go pay over there before they tow your vehicle, so I questioned again, is there any valet or can you direct me the right direction to park at that is available with this hotel. By this time she seemed upset, so I told her forget it, to just proceed in checking us in. Parking lot was 50.50. The room were cleaned, hallways smelled like marijuana, bathrooms cleaned.
