Great, albeit older, room. Clean room, nice lighting, good mattress. Front desk staff (Virginia) is incredibly nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Look forward to seeing the renovations!

In 5 days had fresh towels once and only after asking and no change of sheets or supplying coffee pods. I had to get pods from front desk every day! Breakfast breads were white bread and bagels, waffles ready made were unbeatable/ coff was ok. I know they’re remodeling but not a nice transition for guests.

The central area was quite impressive as are the glass elevators Happy to find a dog friendly place to stay, also a place with joining rooms and friendly staff Rooms are being redone with a modern look and I think that will help the overall feel of the hotel

This is my preferred stay in Cedar Rapids. It's a hotel in transition as it continues to be remodeled after being heavily damaged by the derecho. The available rooms are dated but they are also priced accordingly. Without a doubt this will again be one of Cedar Rapid's finest.

Stayed two nights with my kids, and the lack of housekeeping was a nightmare—especially with one in diapers. No one refreshed the room or brought towels, which made things really difficult. The hot tub jets didn’t work, and overall the pool area felt disappointing. I was also told to cover up when I briefly dropped off a cart in my one-piece swimsuit before heading straight back to the pool, which felt unnecessary. On the positive side, the breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive, but the food options were very limited for a hotel of this caliber. Other than those issues, the stay was okay, but I expected more from a Radisson.

Dirty. Furniture is worn out and greasy. Over used and not cleaned. Carpet had red spills and a possible throw up spot. Nothing seemed as though anyone even attempted cleaning the spots. Dirt in the corners and no one bothered cleaning behind under or in the corners. This was after we insisted on a different room. We changed to this room
