We arrived at the hotel early in the morning The room we were given had no view whatsoever. The windows opened onto a small internal square that housed some rusty scaffolding. There was the remains of someone elses takeaway in a brown bag found in the cupboard above the safe. The room had no towels There was also continuous noise every evening from what only can be described as a water pump or compressor. This noise occurred from midnight until early morning. Because of the way we discovered the room it felt as if we taken over from someone else with out it being cleaned. There were a number of homeless people sleeping in a square less than 200 metres from the hotel. As our room had been prepaid for it felt that as the owners had our money they no longer cared.

We had a wonderful stay at Vision. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Everything within the hotel met our expectations. However, the neighborhood surrounding the property was a bit unclean and may not feel ideal for families with young children.

We appreciated the staff's helpfulness and how clean and spacious the room was. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy and is located a bit further from the popular attractions.

The hotel was very nice! The suite we stayed in was great for my family. It was very nice having 2 bathrooms so 5 people weren't sharing one bathroom. Having the ability to spread out and separate 3 kids was a definite plus with the 2 rooms along with the pullout sofa. The area around the hotel was okay and not as bad as I expecting from some revies i read prior to our trip. I never felt unsafe in the area and I'm very aware of my surroundings while traveling.

the hotel is nicely updated and the room that we stayed on, was great, however the elevators are really slow and small. The breakfast is not from the hotel as it is sent in a box from a restaurant down the street and although some of the items are delicious, it is not worth paying additional for it. Lastly, the hotel is located in an area that is not too nice per se. We never felt unsafe or in any danger, but with so many other locations in Athens, there are better options out there. The staff es wonderfully pleasant to work with and provided great recommendations.

Centrally located and convenient. However, electricity in the room turns off when there is no movement. This was inconvenient as I used a sleepaponia machine. Every time the power turned off, the machine turned off too, disturbing my sleep.
