Great experience

The hotel location is great, very close to the port, and just across is the train station. The staff is very friendly. We left early so didn’t catch breakfast, but had an early dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, and again staff super friendly.

good hotel

we had a straightforward check-in. Staff are courteous and friendly. Room looked and smelled clean. The bed is very comfortable. Only thing is there is no black out curtain which could have helped us sleep better during the day as this was only our 1 day stop after our cruise holiday and we wanted to just rest.

We chose this hotel as it was about 10 minutes from the cruise port. It was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are a bit small, that’s ok, they had coffee in room, a nespresso machine for espresso, a mini fridge. A nice bathroom. Lots of dining options in the area. Tip, if you are boarding a cruise. This is where you buy your bottled water needs. Most grocery store and sandwich shops sell for .50 each a much cheaper option than buying on board the ship. A great hotel and area, total recommend. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Cant go wrong here folks

The staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is quite modern, having been built only 3 years ago. We had a suite on floor 8 and had wonderful views across the City to the port. The backdrop of the mountains was fantastic. Throughly recommend this hotel and its restaurant and bar. A great place to stay before a cruise / ferry as the train station is opposite and the cruise terminals are very near.

We stayed 1 night prior to our cruise. It was a very nice hotel in an undortunate area. You walk one way out of the hotel and it feels a bit seedy, walk the other way and it was much nicer. If I come again i would choose a hotel closer to the marina, but thia hotel was quite nice if its close to where you need to be.
