Rooms were new and we were excited to stay there… the shuttle driver was awesome !
The shuttle service was very nice !
The room flooded overnight while we were sleeping and when my wife got up to use the restroom at midnight the floor was flooded !!
The staff was able to move us to a different hotel at 1am and we had to get up at 7am to catch a flight.
All bags were soaked and had to throw away some clothes due to the flooding.
Their solution for all this was to refund me $46 instead of at least a full refund and or help with the cost of damaged clothing bags etc … that is not an acceptable solution.
I do appreciate the shuttle drivers and how they really went above and beyond to help but the hotel should’ve at minimum refunded the one night stay in full.
