**Location:** Our stay at this hotel was the worst experience of our lives. The hotel is not accessible by cab or taxi, requiring guests to be dropped off and navigate through narrow streets with questionable individuals. **Check-in Process:** The check-in process was highly problematic. Guests are required to upload extremely personal information and receive a code to access a key box on the day of arrival. If you do not receive the code, there is no assistance available 'no humans available at the desk" as everything is managed through a chatbot. **The Property:** The rooms were extremely dirty, and the elevators were unreliable, shaking and rattling while in use. If the elevators break down, assistance is difficult to find in this part of the city. **The Room:** The rooms were the dirtiest we have ever encountered. The towels had an unpleasant odor, the sheets were stained, and the room smelled bad. It was evident that the room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathrooms were both dirty and smelly. We left after less than an hour and booked another hotel. Despite our requests for a refund, the property manager was uncooperative and rude. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel and recommend exploring better options. Additionally, the area around the hotel felt unsafe, and we almost experienced a mugging due to the presence of questionable individuals.

The property is in great location i would say one of the best, but the property was quite average. Door handle was broken although they repair it next day. On our second day there was no electricity in the night we have to take our ship early morning and we couldn’t slept because it was too hot and they don’t have any power backup. One emergency light will switched on automatically when power goes which was more irritating as we couldn’t slept as it was too much light and you can’t turned it off. The customer service was good and it was very easy to communicate. Property was clean but there is some bad smell in the washroom.

Brilliant. Very central location and we felt safe in the surrounding area. Very close to shopping area and also to train stations. Good value for money. We were able to walk comfortably to the Acropolis from the apartment. The kitchen and balcony were perfect for our city break. We hope to return one day.

Fabulous stay.I wish it was longer than 2 nights.

I had fabulous stay. Everything was as photos and description. I had studio 1 and balcony didnt get a lot of sun but i was out most of day. Comfy bed and very well equipped. I would definitely stay again. Loved it.

Die Lage war perfekt. Umgebung top. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Tolle Ausstattung, easy check in und check out. Einziges manko... eiskalt, da dass fenster im badezimmer, im feber offen gelassen wurde und wir beim check in nur 15 grad!!! Im appartement hatten. Sonst wirklicht toll uns weiter zu empfehlen

Excellente situation en centre ville. Appartement refait à neuf et d’une propreté impeccable. Aucun bruit et climatiseur efficace. Correspondant joignable par sms en dehors des horaires. Très agréable et serviable. Parfait.
