The hotel itself was great. Very clean, with great reception staff. We also were given a free upgrade. The area the hotel was in was convenient for everywhere but is in definite need of regeneration. Some pockets of amazing hotels and bars were starting to pop up in the area. We didn’t feel in danger at any point.

Close to Metro and main areas, great staff to help answer questions, breakfast was simple but with enough to get you started, small rooms, water gets on floor after shower. Afew tips take blue line from Airport, stop at Monasteraki, 20 dollar taxi to hotel. A very low price chinese hole in the wall 1 street over with great food. Get as many 2 dollar Euro coins to leave tips.

It was very good, only thing is they have 2 hotels and we got confused and went to the wrong one.We thought our hotel rooftop would have a view of the acropolis but it didnt.Rooms were clean and a good size with balcony, bed was very comfy.carpets are a bit dated stains on them.Lovely shower only thing the water leaks out when having a shower.Lovely breakfast.Easy to get around from the hotel.

I really enjoyed how nice and welcoming the staff work. I very much enjoyed how they were very quick at problem-solving when issues occurred. I also really appreciate all the advice that was given to us and all the recommendations for restaurants, clubs and etc. they made me feel like I was at home away from home and I definitely would stay here again going back to Athens and I recommend all should as well.

Great place to stay. Was perfect for me and my partner and so cheap ! Looked beautiful in and out and was very pleased about the gym access and cafe. We had to leave the hotel early but the flight wasn't till evening and they held onto our bags for us so we could carry on exploring. Great staff that were there all around the clock and just overall a positive experience!

Hotel staff were very friendly. First night there was a faulty fire alarm that was sounding every few hours but only for short bursts. Area around did not look as expected but less than 5 min walk to tourist areas. Good place however as not on the main tourist area with all the tourist noise. Great views from 7th floor too

Very clean and friendly place. George at check in was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cute boutique hotel with a great breakfast spread. All of this right in the heart of Athens. Close to train station to/from the airport. Walking distance to the Acropolis and museums. Will come again!

It was our honeymoon during the new year time. We loved how quiet our room was although it was just a walking distance from all the attractions including Monastiraki square & Ermou st. The breakfast they offer was amazing, delicious, fresh and high quality. The staff were super friendly & welcoming. The hotel was cozy & clean. Overall we loved our stay at NLH keramikos.

This beautiful modern conveniently located small hotel is staffed by friendly, professional and knowledgable people. I had the parthenon view suite which had wonderful balconies on two sides with views of the west of the city to the sea. It was easy to walk to all the important historical sites and the lively Monastiraki neighborhood. Could not have been more pleased. One word of caution, I went for long weekend with only one small suitcase. As nice as the room is it is not much bigger than the double bed and there is no extra room for luggage than the small space in the wall closet. I don't know about the other rooms but my suite was like that but with the huge views on two sides it was full of light and really comfortable.

NLH was well situated in Psyrri, just a short walk to the restaurants,bars and cafes of Monastriaki. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony to take in the local street life. A fabulous base from which to enjoy Athens. Thank you!
