The place was calm and clean. Staff were friendly and the area is convenient. 3 starts because the mattress was like sleeping in a ditch — totally caved in. We had to sleep with a pillow under our back. It was very uncomfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so incredible and helpful. Everything around was so close and convenient tons of shopping and eating places. I had one small problem with the air conditioner, but the staff fixed it and even checked on me throughout the week, they were amazing!!! it will definitely be my go to when I return to Athens

This hotel offers a wonderful experience with its walkable location and welcoming staff. Just be aware that the adjacent bar might present a noise issue for those who are easily disturbed at night.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU GO TO BED BEFORE 3 AM. A night club at the bottom floor of the building next to the hotel called “Hated” is now operating from 11pm-3am daily except Mondays. The noise and vibrations in the room are extraordinary and it does not matter if you are on the upper floor. The police comes regularly to ask them to turn down the noise but as soon as they leave, it goes back up. You will NOT be able to sleep and the hotel staff cannot help, no matter how nice and sweet they are. Call and ask the reception if the night club is still operating before you book. Otherwise, the property is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, central to everything and the cleaning staff and the reception ladies are outstanding. However, they cannot help with THE biggest issue and that is shutting down the noise from the nightclub. The owners will need to sue the club and that will take an eternity in Greece. I am really sad to have to leave one star review because the hotel per se if great but the night club issue is ruining the whole purpose of the hotel and that is a restful sleep.

The stay in this property was amazing ..the staff especially Nikoleta was very kind ,helpful and professional. Loved the room and above all the staff at the Front Desk. There were some staircases to go up and down before and after taking the elevator to reach my room, which it was on the top floor I believe. Found the location very convenient to walk to all the restaurants and bars I wanted to go to.

Would not hesitate to stay at Klepsydra Urban Suites again in the future. Crazy clean rooms, walking distance to the Acropolis, lots of dining places a few blocks away. And THE BEST croissant bakery right across the street.
