While the hotel itself is lovely, the real value lies in the location. The room was spacious with plenty of storage for bags and clothes. The terrace with seating was very nice. The mattress and pillows were fine. Convenient tea kettle and coffee maker and small refrigerator. I enjoyed the breakfast the coffee was good there was plenty of fresh friut and the room was very pleasant. The negatives (I am being picky only because it is a four star hotel) the bathroom lighting was awful - it was difficilt to apply makeup; there were no hooks on walls or door for towels, clothes etc.; in the shower the only amenities were 2 large dispensers: 1. body wash/shampoo and 2. conditioner. I don’t want to wash my hair with soap. There were no wash cloths so just cotton pads were available to help wash off make up. My other complaint is that during our 3 night stay our room was never cleaned. When we were in the room, we had on do not disturb. We were stuck in the room for a full day as I was recovering from being sick but the other days spent plenty of time outdoors and always turned on the “house keeping” indicator. Overall, I DO recommend this hotel but it misses a few marks for a 4 star hotel.

Absolutely loved the location and vibe of the place. Everything was clean, the decor for this time of year was gorgeous, and it was even more walkable than I expected. Lots of great shopping and dining right out the door!

It’s a bit basic and let downs are basics of hospitality like amenity kits not being provided or one pair of slippers in a triple room. The breakfast was basic not that many choices no coffee machine. The location is good but the room was much smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed in in Athens. Also not kiddie friendly if you’ve got a little one nice staff though!

Location is excellent and makes all attractions very walkable. Friendly staff and excellent rooftop bar. Clean and typical European size rooms. A/C worked fine. Typical bathroom shower with water flowing everywhere when you shower. The hotel is older, the one elevator is quite slow and internal court yard views are not attractive.
