The apartment’s size is 70 square meters, has two balconies (living room and bedroom) and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, wooden floor, hidden lighting, design furniture, and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition through which you can see a built large shower area. Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.
There is also free wi-fi, washing machine, coffee maker, boiler, two air conditioners, iron with iron board and you tube on the TV.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.

Could not have asked for a better stay. They picked us up from the airport, gave us many great suggestions around the area in Athens and picked us up promptly at 330 in the morning to take us back to the airport. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the place was extremely spacious.

Spacious apartment with plenty of closet space for couples/longer stay as needed Efi makes check in easy. Great location being close to Acropolis Music and Metro stop Street can be a bit noisy when widows open. Couch could use replacement as very low seating and worn If older or mobility issues the step up and then step down shower entry can be a challenge Efi very responsive to inquiries and helpful

This is an AMAZING place; I stayed with my two sons, the design is gorgeous, the apartment is beautiful, Efi the owner responded to questions promptly via text. Great place in great location close to Acropolis. Spiros picked us up at airport and checked us in… so glad that was arranged as he gave us some great recommendations and checked us in and brought our bags up the small elevator for us. Very secure location and great bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. Would love to visit again.

Clean and quiet! Would highly recommend using the driver Efi has. Spyros is an awesome tour guide and such a nice guy. He took us on a day trip to Korinthos and it was awesome. So, ask him about that if you have the chance. The apartment was in the perfect location and within walking distance of everything and tons of great food right around the corner. Having air condition and a washing machine was also great to have. It was very hot and we needed to wash lots of clothes. The shower is huge as well. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Athens.

Athens by the Acropolis Museum

Perfect location. Contemporary apartment less than a block from restaurants, Museum and a walk to the Acropolis entrance less than 10 minutes away. Easy walking to Syntagma Square, Ermou St and then back to the apartment. Apartment is on the 4th floor. An elevator for 1 is available to move 1 person and luggage up or down. Highly recommend and hope to return and stay here again. Transportation can be coordinated with Spyros who is very attentive to your needs. We used him for transportation to the port to meet our cruise ship and wouldn’t do it any other way. Door to cruise ship door service.

I LOVE ATHENS

The Poseidonos ferry from Skala on Agistri island was seamless. Spiros was there to pick me up holding my name high in the air. He offered wonderful laughable stories during the ride to my new home for 2 weeks.

Thank you Efi I loved my stay!Stayed 4 a week until Dec 23rd & would stay again.Highly Recommend 5 Stars:1 person lift that is fast & works well. Many have none.The apartment is beautiful as described. Rooms were large, even bathroom & shower.Excellent location close to Parthenon & Uber to Plaka only 5 Euros if you don't want to walk.Nice safe neighborhood reasturants very close. Not over crowded.I will give less than 4.5 stars for ( I'm being picky)A wriitten sheet laminated with FAQ as not to repeat to each renter & ease stay. But owner very responsive. Also use Uber & Get Your Guide Apps for transport & tours.Heater/AC in living room only Broke. Due Christmas could not be repaired. Owner was quick to try & replace. A provided space heater worked fine . Cannot be helped but a small price reduction would have been nice.Freezer was over Frosted & not usable. Refrigerator fine.Lacked microwave, toaster & tea kettle leaked but was usable.Need more silverware & cups.Has nice washer but in Greek so use Google Translator & supplies under bathroom sink No dryer- didn't expect use dryer rack.No safe take passports & any valuables w/ you.Suggest Tough up paint, FAQ Sheet. Better sitting Area outside on Patio, a safe bolted to floor microwave, toaster, fix freezer, get microwave & toaster.Most 4.5 stars R to help others & owner.US renters U R are not in US stop acting petty in comments or stay at overpriced 1 room hotel. LOVED IT HERE

Very nice apartment with excellent location

Efi arranged transportation from the airport. The driver was friendly and assisted with our luggage. The location is near the Acropolis museum and many wonderful restaurants. A short walk to Plaka.we would definitely stay again.

Truly the Heart of Athens
