The hotel was superb! From the well appointed rooms to the comfortable beds to the friendly and helpul staff we felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was exceptional? All the food was prepared onsite and the variety changed daily. The pies baked by the cooks were amazing! And what can I say about the variety of deserts other than ., exeptional. We would like to thank Marianna, Marina, Maria, and Katrina for their exeptional hospitality and help. And to all the staff , Efcharisto!! We highly recommend any and everyone to stay at Estia Boutique Apartments.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children. We rented the two-room apartment, which was great. My kids had their own room and bathroom so they didn't disturb us and we didn't disturb them. The kitchenette was well stocked, though we didn't eat in as much as we thought we would. There is a grocery store right around the corner so you could make every meal in the room if you wanted. The breakfast was fantastic. There aren't a lot of breakfast options nearby so having breakfast provided was a big plus. The staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. They were kind enough to call our car rental agency for me to get some information since I don't speak Greek. The hotel isn't in a particularly busy part of the city, which is nice because it isn't very loud outside. It is about 3/4 of a mile walk to Monastiraki Square which takes about 15 minutes. The two closest metro stations on the green and red lines are both about 10 minute walks. Parking was also a huge positive. There is virtually no parking available on the street so the hotel's private garage was indispensable. It is underground and can only be accessed when the front desk is manned which didn't present us with any problems. We had a great time and this will be our first choice of places to stay if we return.

Gorgeous stay in Athens, convenient to everything! Great restaurants on all the side streets, 15-20 minute walk to all the historical sites, shopping, safe, exceptional staff! Breakfast was amazing! When I do come back to Athens I will stay here again, fabulous.

Beautiful Room and Lovely Staff

The front desk clerks were so friendly. Upon checking in we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner and Marika (if I'm remembering her name correctly) suggested The Egg of The Rooster, a few blocks away. It was outstanding! The hotel location is among some shops and apartments. It was beautiful inside. The room was lovely. The air conditioning didn't cool as much as I like at night but Marika was very helpful in doing everything she could to get it to a cooler setting. The included breakfast was delicious.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Estia. It was brilliant value for money: the property is clean, quiet, and has a very comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast had a lot of variety and we were offered a takeaway box if we had to leave early which was a nice touch. We've stayed in the Kerameikos area previously and know we really like it - it feels like an authentic neighbourhood where the locals go, but is super walkable to the city centre.

The inside of this hotel is a gem whereas the outside is among a sea of graffities. The building stands out as having the cleanest exterior walls with no sign of graffities. The neighborhood has many restaurants and pubs. On a weekend, they are full of locals at night. The area looks scary but feels safe. The suite is very nicely decorated with a large patio. The breakfast courtyard is also very nice. So is the breakfast itself. Staff are friendly. The owner is very gracious and hospitable.
