Amazing.

The hotel was all around amazing. Stayed with my three teenage kids before a cruise. It was possibly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in.

Have stayed at this hotel in the past, this is why I chose to stay again. Booked through Expedia and was not informed the hotel was being renovated and there was no pool because it was under construction. Drills going off at 8:00 in the morning not a pleasant way to wake up when you are on vacation. Hotel staff was anything but sympathetic when we complained. Did not have a good experience unfortunately!☹️

Property is very outdated, however they seem to be doing renovations now. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Air conditioner rattled consistently. Food options limited as the rooftop restaurant was closed both nights we were there. Great hotel. 10th floor bar and restaurant with view of lit up Parthenon was amazing. Service was excellent. We loved our bartender (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) originally from Jersey!

Only one or two of the electrical sockets worked in our room. Hair dryer didn't work. Half of the lights didn't work. TV didn't turn on. Shower was super complicated. Breakfast buffet was above average and the lobby of the hotel is nice. Staff were pleasant. Not a terrible location because can easily get a cab to the attractions, or even walk to them if you want some exercise, but the surrounding area is pretty run down and not all that attractive. Not unsafe but just kind of depressing. Would have preferred to stay in the Plaka area, but as a 2 night option in between our international flight and our trip to Crete, it got the job done other than our room issues.

Great price and Good location

Great stay and good location. I would pay for the breakfast it's huge! we didn't spend much time there and you probably won't either, but it's very nice.
