Really good hotel. Main problem was the air conditioning - you have to go to the desk to ask to turn it on, and it was still hot. No signs to tell you this; you have to figure it out yourself. Bed and bath are great, but Athens is hot in late June. It would be great to address AC operation without the guest having to sweat.

Nice stay at Apollo Palm. Very clean and one of the best hotel breakfast bars I've seen. Close to the main drag of restaurants, but the short walk in between is rough.

Such a great stay! Our first stop of the trip and we were so grateful to walk into a clean and beautiful room after a long flight. Very fun neighborhood but the street and hotel itself is very quiet. A very peaceful place to come home to after dodging tourists all day. The rooftop is fantastic and has a perfect view of the Acropolis. Very pleased with this place and would 100% stay here again next time we are in Athens.

The hotel itself was nice but it was off the beaten path down a shift street and the rooms smelled horrible of mold and there was clearly water damage in the rooms and the carpets were all buckled

The staff were genuine and helpful, although it was not possible to make changes to the actual menus. Sometimes it was a little difficult to engage with the staff. The attendants in the breakfast dining area were excellent.

The hotel location is great, everything is walkable and it’s in a quieter spot which is nice. The hotel overall is gorgeous, the rooftop bar is so cute! The only thing is the room itself felt a little dated, especially the carpet. That’s what’s keeping me from making this a 5 star review.

We booked the Junior suite as we had my daughter with us and needed the space. We arrived delerious and tired from 28 hours travel to be put in a basic wheelchair enabled room. There was no space to even put our bags down, no sitting space at all and the bathroom had no benches to place even a shampoo and conditioner bottle. I was told there’s no other rooms available so I had no other choice which put a dampener on the stay. Let’s say the pictures are not what we got for the room we booked. The rooftop was nice and had great views but with smoking so prevalent in Greece the waitress smoking sent us on our way. The breakfast is included for everyone so if your not sure just walk in but it doesn’t start until 8 am, breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was good, a short distance to the square and flea markets and 20 mins walk to the Acropolis.

This hotel had a very nice lobby and actually the building itself was quite nice. The bar on the roof has a wonderful view of the Acropolis. But the rooms themselves were small and had very dirty carpet. Quite off putting..

Beautiful rooftop view of the acropolis. Very friendly staff that were very accommodating. They scheduled our ride back to airport ehich had a set rate which was wonderful. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Room was small but clean and comfortable. It was oriented to tge internal courtyard so it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk attendants were also very nice. Lastly the views on the Acropolis from the rooftop were stunning!

The room was so small that I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. They forgot to leave towels when they cleaned the room and the phone has been cut off, so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk. The breakfast was good but there are lovely restaurants around the corner open early too.
