It has been totally renovated in 2016 by the owner/civil engineer with a minimal style and consists of 2 independent 2 bedroom apartments (approx. 80 sqm each) and 1 single room apartment (20 sqm studio). The sofas turns into beds to serve an extra person each. •One open space ground floor apartment (20 sqm studio) with fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower.•One 1st floor apartment (90 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room/dining area.
