B&B with pool, only one step away from Assisi

The B & B is part of the Casale della Signora Giovanna, located at the foot of the famous medieval city of Assisi (only 4 km, about 10 minutes by car), in the Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from the centers of Santa Maria degli Angeli and Bastia Umbra (5 'auto), from the Umbria Fiere Center. Nearby there are pizzerias and restaurants within walking distance, where you can enjoy Umbrian cuisine and good wine, as well as a local winery.
Immersed in nature, surrounded by a garden full of flowers and scents of Umbrian aromatic herbs, and equipped with swimming pool and parking, the Casale was a convent in the ancient 1400s and then ford station of the Tescio river, which runs alongside it passing through a beautiful green route that reaches the Bosco di San Francesco guarded by FAI and the Basilica del Santo.
It has been renovated in a rustic style, with stone and wooden beams, tiles and hand-painted tiles of Deruta origin.
Most of the rooms enjoy the view of Assisi.
They are characterized by simple furnishings, inspired by the essentiality of San Francesco, whose mysticism permeates the surroundings.
They are equipped with double bed and private bathroom with curtain shower, air conditioning, winter heating, bed and bathroom linen, toilet kit, herbal tea.
Guests have access to the house's wi-fi internet.
The breakfast, prepared by Mrs. Giovanna, is a buffet, characterized by its cakes and jams in addition to sweet and savory products, and is served in the main house lounge, but also outdoors on the porch in summer. For special feeding needs, we agree by advising first.
Friends, cats and dogs keep company in the Casale, and in fact animals, educated friends are accepted in the B&B with a supplement of € 10.00 per day.
