Ski In/Out Condo Next to Little Nell Ski Run and Gondola

Nestled off of the iconic Little Nell ski run, enjoy this light and bright 2-bedroom ski out condominium. Newly remodeled and equipped with vaulted ceilings, steam shower, radiant floor heating, sky lights, two gas fireplaces, in addition to one assigned parking spot. Brand new AC installed in 2025. Find yourself just one block from the renowned shops and restaurants of downtown Aspen.
PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT in the Little Nell Hotel, we are a separate condominium complex called Ajax Condos.
Aspen Alps (just below / 50 feet) has a Fitness center and Spa (with Steam Room, Sauna, Massages, etc). It is a great place and guests can buy a daily, weekly or monthly pass. The daily pass is $50 per day. Please note that they do NOT provide access to their pool or hot tub.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Great ski location

Nice little condo. About as small as a two BR can be. Its very close to town, but far enough away that its very quiet. Great location. In winter you can ski back to the condo, no problem.
