We arrived they had pur room ready. Unfortunately the room was right by the construction so we had a horrible view and our curtains did close full so all the lights from outside came in. Then went to the bar not enough staff for the area. I asked for a drink and watched her serve everyone but me. I finally ordered an "easy" drink so i could get something. I have stayed here before and none of this happened. Hopefully they can fix it before our next stay.

Nice for a competition at the convention center. Clean rooms and more quiet than others in the area we've stayed at before. Restaurant is good and very reasonably priced.

Great price and room, awesome location and love the skywalk to get around in the cold! The room was clean and nice, loved the big bed and the bathroom had all the things you needed no need to travel with shampoo, body wash, or hair dryer if you don’t need to/don’t have a preference!

Staff couldn’t clearly instruct us how to connect to the WiFi. I texted my email to receive my check out paperwork and never received it. Construction blocked the entrance to the hotel but there were no signs to tell you how to valet park.

I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a microwave in the room, didn't offer room service from their own restaurant, didn't provide a shuttle to local venues and charged you for a lacking breakfast bar. We will not be staying here again.
