Birdwatching, including herons, numerous eagles, and many beautiful birds singing, with fish jumping. A perfect place if you like your privacy and need to unwind. Multiple vertebrates and flower gardens! Great location! If you are traveling with your dog/s they can enjoy the freedom of running around in a safe environment. Great outdoors, peaceful and quiet, wildlife, you don't have to worry about disturbing others. And many more. It is a home getaway from home!

Close by beach access for families with younger kids and elderly people

Check - in, Kitchen facilities, wi-fi access all these were very good. I would suggest though that, you stock up before you leave with all your basic needs. But if you don't mind driving 13 km everyday to your nearest store then that's okay. Have your own transport to move around to enjoy nature and do stuff. All in all the place is well kept and beautiful. The hosts are excellent and very welcoming.
