Welcome to our luxurious and tranquil retreat, featuring two stunning master bedrooms. One bedroom boasts a jetted tub in its en suite bathroom, while the other features French doors leading out to the pool area.

Our home offers 4 brand new king beds and 2 queen-sized fold-out couches, accommodating up to 12 guests in comfort and style. The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen provide ample space for enjoying time with friends and family.

Step outside to our inviting outdoor area, complete with a large table and chairs, a bistro table, a barbecue, a heat lamp, and plenty of comfortable seating. Relax in our hot tub or seasonal pool with loungers, or take advantage of our well-equipped home gym with a lifting rig, dumbbells, kettlebells, boxing gloves and mitts, Peloton bike, and a 2-person sauna in the garage.

If you are in need of a car rental, we are pleased to offer our available Hyundai Palisade for separate rental. The car will be conveniently parked on the property, ready for your use. Please feel free to send us a message to inquire about the details. We are here to assist you.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, no rental agreement, no check in instructions.

- Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday between 10 AM and 12 PM. During this time, our dedicated team will be working diligently to ensure the pool is in top-notch condition for your safety and enjoyment. The maintenance process typically takes approximately an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Rest assured, this regular upkeep is essential to guarantee that the pool water is always clean, clear, and safe for you to use.

The house was perfect for a large group with babies. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice. The house also came with a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request which was helpful with babies. In fact, I asked for the high chair late, and they were still able to make it happen. Big kitchen, plenty of parking, and great location very close to downtown Ashland and the college.

This was a nice home. The next door neighbors are questionable. The house is comfortable and I loved the yoga space complete with mats. The only downside was hair on the walls of the shower downstairs. I told the owner and she said that wasn’t their standard.

Feels like a resort

It is a beautiful and large space that was an ideal place to wind down after some stressful work meetings. We especially loved the hot tub and space to stretch our bodies after being stuck in seats all day. Very close to SOU and walkable to downtown.

Great Ashland Getaway!

Silvie's place was amazing! We loved the modern decor and cleanliness this rental provided for our extended family of 11 members, including 5 children. The location was perfect for exploring Ashland and the surrounding area, and we loved all of the amenities, including the pool, guest house (where two family members stayed), and gym (although we didn't end up using it). We also appreciated the helpful labeling of cabinets and light switches throughout the house. And it was great to have a washer and dryer on the second level! We'd love to stay here again if the circumstances allow!

Large, clean home with wonderful pool!

This was an amazing house in Ashland. We met up with family for a mini reunion and we had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room to spread out and spent a lot of time in the pool.
