Tucked away in a quiet corner of the heart of the Kent countryside. Ideal for family or friends to come together for a relaxing break.
There is ample secure parking on the farm yard, and oodles of outdoor space you are welcome to explore.
Nestled between the farm stables and the main house there are fantastic opportunities to interact with the animals (including; horses, goats, geese, ducks, pigs and chickens). There is also a large fishing pond well stocked with carp.
The Coach house itself is arranged over two floors with under-floor heating through-out . The open plan ground floor is occupied by the fully stocked kitchen, dinning, and living areas as well as a WC with toilet, sink and laundry machine. Upstairs a large landing with a reading area can be found, leading to the family bathroom and the three bedrooms. The family bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has A/C and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom is split onto two areas, the first area having two single beds and the area to the rear having a king size bed.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
Externally there is a fenced off garden and patio for the dedicated use of our guests staying with us in the Coach House. You are also welcome to explore the farm and encouraged to explore the surrounding areas. Although the farm itself is fairly secluded there are the villages of Bethersden and Great Chart both within 45min walk away across the countryside.
